9. Sleep 8 hours a day.So that you fully rest

As you all know that eating is part of our daily basis.It is the fundamental of every thing.It provides us with maximum energy. It helps us with our daily basis activities. It also helps to build the body well. Good nutrition means pure energy. So when you eat your meals at their favorable times the food and it's nutrients will favor you too. It's high time that you will gain weight so fast . It's essential that we take our meal responsibly and seriously. Together we can make it. As a normal human being you must feed your body and your soul. Some times it's not just feeding but feasting like you are in a party. You only have one life span. Why can't you just enjoy it to the fullest. Enjoy while you are still young, fresh because you don't know what the future hold for you.

As we all know that eating is the fundamental of every living organization and humans are no exception. So you must eat every day. Atleast two times and the maximum is three per day.This will make you healthy and at the same time helps you gain weight. So it's compassary to do it if you know what is good for you .Even if you are not planning to gain weight just do it.
